    Hi Willie,

    First, I love the idea of developing a more ‘social’ Forum! For sure, this will increase the interaction between all members, leading us to give and get more support to and from each other! More friendly interaction is what we need!

    Besides, it is always so great to see other students during the Coaching Sessions and, in the same time, a little frustrating not to have the opportunity to exchange with them. The Forum’s new shape should make it possible. Adding this ‘social’ dimension to it appears to me as a very good way to get students attracted to the Forum!

    I like to know how can maximize my experience in the session coach tomorrow.. So how can I upload my video in order to receive some feedback? do I need to use Youtube and if so , I never upload a video there!


    I just subscribed 3 days ago and I am still try to understand this site

    Glad to know that you will be there tomorrow!

    In order to share a video, please check the forum called ‘How to use the forum’. There you will find the ‘How to Share Your Video on the Forum’ topic.

    Once you understand how to paste the URL link, you will have no difficulty in sending it through the chat during the Coaching Session.

    Recently subscribed to JazzEdge because I had previously subscribed to Piano with Willie. Was given the impression that all subsites were now under the umbrella of “JazzEdge”. After a couple of months of paying $39/mo, I decided to cancel so my card would not get charged another month. Unfortunately, when you do this, it cancels you out as a member immediately – even though you already paid for a full month. In my case, $39 for a short month, February, made even shorter because I canceled on February 27. Come to find out, Piano with Willie still exists and charges only $29/month. Cancelling membership access prior to the end of a paid period of time is not standard practice in any business. I am not pleased. Hope others have a better experience and perhaps the administrators can improve on this unsatisfying experience in the future.

    By the way, posting into this forum, is the only way that I can discover, to contact anyone at JazzEdge. The Help/Conact Us/FAQ areas of the site give absolutely no easy way to talk to anyone. End rant.


    James, that is a limitation in the system that we are working on. For now the cancellation page reads:

    “To finish cancelling your subscription, please click the cancel button below. Your subscription will not be cancelled until you press the cancellation button below and see a confirmation message.

    You will lose access immediately and any special rate and perks that you’ve accumulated.

    I think it is pretty clear that you’ll lose access once you cancel and the cancellation happens after you click the cancel button, so you are completely in control of when you cancel.

    As for getting help, there is a help icon on the bottom of every single page at Jazzedge.

    I also see that you’ve opened several emails from me. I’m not sure if you knew this or not, but you can simply reply to ANY of those emails and it comes right back to me.

    And, just so everyone knows, you can always email us at support@jazzedge.com.

    As for PianoWithWillie only charging $29/m that site is closed to new members. You had a PianoWithWillie membership but you cancelled it July of 2019.

    If anyone else is reading this, please email me at support@jazzedge.com about your account and do not post to the forum. I don’t like talking about a student’s private accounts in a public forum.

    James, all of your subscriptions have been cancelled. I hope that your questions have been answered and now you know how to get help if you decide to return.
